BEST TRADING COURSES EUROPE / 2020
We’ve bundled all our experience and spent years developing an award-winning course, here is what you will learn:
Here are the answers to some of the most common questions we get.
You are probably reading this page because you feel like you’re missing out on the next huge move in the markets?
You might have a friend that trades and has done well by buying Tesla a while back, you might see the adverts on the TV making trading all seem so easy. We get it, this is FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) in full force, it is one of the most powerful emotional responses marketers use to make people take action.
It’s tempting to rush in, create a trading account with the first broker you find, deposit a big chunk of your savings and watch the profits roll in…alas it doesn’t work like this.
If you’re lucky you might make some money on a trade or two but that’s the point, you’ve been lucky. Most of the time traders – it is 82% of traders if you go by the stats published by the UK’s FCA – end up losing money.
Most people give up at this point. But those that keep going will come to realise trading is like any skillset, you need to learn your craft, develop your skills, build up your experience and work out your edge in order to have a chance of being the one making the money, instead of the one missing out.
In no other skill – golf, chess, music – would you expect to be an expert the first day you do it. For lots of complex reasons, people come into trading expecting to be awesome at it day one.
The good news is that we’ve seen these mistakes made time and time again and have a built a course and further programmes to help reduce these errors while introducing you to established techniques used to trade the markets.
Instead of looking back in 6 months time, having been through this well-trodden and expensive path, be smart and for the price of a round of drinks and a few hours of your time Trading for Beginners will help you start in the right way.
You bet. There are concepts and cornerstone skills taught that are important to both investing and trading. We’ll explain the differences between these two ways participants interact with the markets and help you work out which one you might be.
Yes, but as you’ll learn in the course it is really important to only start when you’re ready, when you do practice using virtual money and only start when you are confident in your trading plan.
The course is split into 18 on-demand lessons which will take you about 3-4 hours to work through. The live workshop takes about an hour.
Phillip Konchar authored the course and will take the live workshop. He is an expert in technical analysis and its application in margin trading. He is Head Tutor at My Trading Skills, for over a decade he has provided trading education for major brokerages and prop trading houses in London and Dublin.
The course combines 18 on-demand online lessons and a live workshop with our Head Tutor Phillip Konchar. You can start and complete the on-demand elements of the course at any time, either before or after attending the live workshop. Students can take the full course on desktop, mobile, or tablet.
Individuals interested in learning about investing and trading. It is also good for those that have tried trading or investing but haven’t made the start they wanted.
